The Great Map – National Maritime Museum

In 2014 I was selected as one of 15 creatives and technologists from around the country to take part in ‘The Great Map Digital Prototyping Lab’ at the National Maritime Museum.

The ideas lab was commissioned by the NMM and led by Caper, an organisation which runs projects that fuse culture and technology, and which facilitates R&D programmes and digital prototyping.

The team’s brief was to re-imagine the possibilities for the vast, multi-purpose space at the museum called The Great Map. My role was to contribute ideas, produce visualisations and bring to the table my experience in the heritage sector.
